To ensure efficient processing of your specimens, please ensure that your insurance information is accurately included on your physician requisition. Kindly verify that your requisition is correctly completed before uploading any documents.

Scheduled Appointments:
Respect for time is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional service. While we understand that unforeseen delays can occur, we kindly request adherence to scheduled appointment times. Should a patient be more than 20 minutes late, rescheduling may be necessary to uphold punctuality for all patients and technicians.
